Weighing only 1.8 kg, this truly portable, battery operated instrument has a touch-screen interface and is so easy to use it does not require any operating training. Simply injecting a minute quantity of sample (approx. 60 microliters) is all that is required.
Without the need for solvents, density checks or a thermometer, the SpectroVisc Q3000 is ready for use whenever and wherever its required. Each sample is measured at a constant temperature for consistent accuracy without any pre-test measurements. Results are provided extremely quickly and accurately, making this the tool of choice for used-oil viscosity trending, providing invaluable information about machine and oil condition, without the complications previously associated with laboratory grade viscosity results.
